Dove Valley Metropolitan District

The District will be following all watering restrictions in the common areas, and employing best practices in our maintenance.  Grass will be kept longer, sprinklers will run for less time, but more frequently so as to allow the water to better permeate the soil, sprinkler heads and emitters will be closely watched to make sure that water is not wasted on hardscape.  We ask that if you see water pooling, puddling or running down sidewalks or roadways, that you let us know so that we may alert the landscapers.  It is anticipated that the common areas may not look as green this year, but that is part of the sacrifice that we all must make.  Working together, we will all do our part to protect one of Colorado’s most precious resources.
