Welcome to the Dove Valley Metropolitan District website! The District is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado governed by member elected Board of Directors.

Specifics
- The Dove Valley Metropolitan District is a Colorado Title 32 Special District created for the purposes of enhancing infrastructure throughout the Dove Valley region. It is and has been responsible for the development of roads, water, sewer, traffic signalization, monument signage, trailway systems, and basic infrastructure for the District through property taxes that service the bonds issued to fund these improvements.
- Municipal services are provided to Dove Valley by a variety of sources including Arapahoe County, the City of Centennial, Arapahoe County Sheriff, South Metro Fire Rescue, and the Arapahoe County Water and Wastewater Authority.
